Shipping & Returns

Vendors based in the U.S. may offer hemp and hemp-derived products, including cannabidiol (CBD) and cannabinoids. On this site, all such sales are made in accordance with U.S., state and federal law. All our products are derived from hemp, as defined in the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (“Farm Bill”). Hemplus One operates in full compliance  of all relevant federal and state laws and regulations, as well as our web-host and payment processor requirements.

All the hemp and hemp-derived CBD and cannabinoid products offered and sold through this website:

(a) Do not contain a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis.

(b) Do not contain any controlled substances as defined in Schedule I-V of Title 21 United States Code (USC) §801 et. seq.; Controlled Substances Act.
 

(c) Only are sold in accordance with all applicable permits, licenses, and approvals required, if any, by federal, state, and local laws.
 

(d) Not sold as food (including animal food or feed), dietary supplements, or drugs (including prescription or over-the-counter drugs), unless allowed under applicable federal, state, and local laws and approved for such use by the FDA, if required.
 

(e) Have been tested and processed in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, if required.
 

(f) Are not currently the subject to any ongoing or pending recall, safety or import alert.

All of the hemp and hemp derived products offered and sold through this website are:

(a) Not labeled or promoted with drug or disease claims unless reviewed and approved by the FDA, if required.

(b) Described, packaged, and labeled in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws.
 

(c) Marketed in accordance with required label statements, whether by FDA, or any other applicable federal, state and local authority, and contain only true and accurate labeling and marketing claims.
 

(d) Shipped only within the U.S., to buyers in states where such products are legal and through shipping providers which allow such items.
 

(e) Use payment providers that allow the sale of hemp and hemp derived products.

Orders typically ship after processing within 1-5 business days. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and important safety measures in place, sometimes additional time is necessary. Please email us at info@hemplusone.com if you have any questions or concerns with your order.

In addition to the federal law, states in the U.S. have issued their own regulations or declarations regarding the sale, purchase, possession and consumption of hemp and CBD products. Certain states have no explicit law that either allows or prohibits the retail sales of such products.

These laws, declarations and policy statements are separate and unrelated to any laws governing medical use of cannabis and other THC-containing products. Hemplus One does not support the sale or purchase of hemp and hemp-derived CBD products in the following U.S. states:

• Hawaii

• Idaho

• Iowa

• Mississippi

• New Hampshire

• South Dakota

This means that our business is not located in the above states, nor do we ship hemp or hemp-derived CBD products to customers residing there. 

Refunds are offered in recompense of: lost, stolen, or damaged items as a result of the shipping process. If sufficient evidence supports such claims and the buyer doesn’t act like a jerk, Hemplus One will refund or credit the buyer using information provided during the initial purchase. Product Exchanges and Returns are only accepted (if feasible) BEFORE the product has been shipped to you. They will be determined on a case-by-case basis by Hemplus One Employees.

Contact with Hemplus One for refunds must be made within 30 days of purchase.

If our information reveals a customer has filed claims for a chargeback with their financial institution, Hemplus One reserves the right to deny future sale to that customer. We strongly encourage you to speak with us for a refund if you are unsatisfied with our product or service. Theft is never the answer, and we are reasonable people! If we detect multiple chargebacks on your account, you will be banned without warning from all future purchases with Hemplus One.
